I'm going to copy everything you said and reverse-engineer your globohomo wealth redistribution scheme into a charity initiative that encourages wealthier members of my local community to reinvest their excess wealth into making it easier for the poorer members of the community to upskill themselves and rise up by the sweat of their own brow.
I'm sorry, but it's just that historically speaking, 100% of the starry-eyed wannabe humanitarians who dedicate their lives to fervently arguing why funnelling *our* resources out of *our* country end up being imperialists and/or tikkun olamists in disguise.
