Even I am doing a shitty job emulating Aristotelians since I'm acknowledging that a change could maybe possibly mean you are dealing with two separate entities, whereas the typical conception is that of entities that simply endure changes onto themselves while maintaining their metaphysical identity. It's more accurate to say that your God changed from one form to another form. This is kufr for most Christians! God cannot ever be said to split, ever!
(Also I use Islamic terms like "kufr" and "shirk" because they are far cleaner than the Christian ones).
