Howie has shown that he IS capable of drawing, it's just that he has extreme self-doubt and self-hatred and is addicted to the dopamine that arguing in these threads provides.
He feels useless and is desperate for purpose, so he clings onto something that the internet gives attention to - art. Except he has a warped view of the process as a result of his aforementioned self-hatred. He thinks that he needs to draw every single day or he's useless, and that's when the thoughts of self-hatred come back.
He is capable, he just thinks he isn't because he's been told his entire life that he isn't. He makes these threads out of desperation and desire for dopamine, he has no friends in real life so arguing with anons is the closest thing he has to companionship.
Howie may be incredibly annoying, but I wish no ill will on him. One day I hope he can find help, but in the meantime we'll have to deal with his thread spamming.
