That happens to pretty much everybody, not just you. People with 20000 followers that get only 1000 likes average, 2000 if theyre lucky and 4000 if theyre trend chasing.
Chasing imaginary numbers on a bot infested platform such as Twitter is a fools errand, remember, you only need 100 loyal fans to sustain yourself.
