Because they think if they watch someone who’s “made it,” that they themselves will “make it” too. It’s the same thing with “dating coaches” who surround themselves with prostitutes, it’s all smoke and mirrors for the person who does this “art advice” to make a quick buck.
Really all of the necessary resources you can find are free on the internet. These are just nebulous flavour of the week opinion pieces. Do you need to draw everyday? Who gives a fuck. At least people here admit this board is mostly a waste of time for bored autists. It sucks that people actually take this persons videos seriously.
