Indian. Even their best English speakers will put the stress on the wrong stand
syllable of the word (e.g. "develop" sounds like "devil up" from them) and they will make the same repeated grammatical errors (e.g. "You will able to see that...")
I'm also just not used to how thick it is. I've probably heard less Scottish accents than Indian in my life and somehow understand them worse.
