Did my first session of building up to the pig squat (20 reps with the bar, 19 reps with 30kg and so on up to 1 rep at 210kg) before my 30th next month
Absolutely flew through, did 20 reps 1 plate, 15 at 2 plates, 10 at 3 plates and 5 at 4 plates then went back down. Probably add 20kg to everything next week and then something like 10x10 with 100kg and 1 minute rests the week after to prime for the volume
