Why would they attack you if you stop occupying, bombing and starving them?
The First Intifada happened due to the occupation and abuses.
The Second Intifada happened because you guys rejected Oslo, kept colonizing Area B, asserted authority over Temple Mount, and fired live ammo into a crowd of unarmed protestors.
The PA/Fatah literally hasn't attacked you since the end of the second Intifada, even when they would have had the right to, like when your little Klansmen settlers mask up and torch family homes with molotov cocktails.
Hamas was your only threat, and it's one you manufactured to counter Fatah. Now Netanyahu is arming OTHER Islamist groups in Gaza.
If you just let the PA/Fatah have the West Bank and Gaza, there'd be basically no risk to you.
