Are they outlawing encryption in general or do they just force all providers to give them your unencrypted messages? What would happen if you manually handle encryption with a tool like Kleopatra. Will the police then come to my door and tell me 'Oi mate you aint got a license for encryption! Now follow me to jail!'? Anyway this law is stupid and will only work on normies that have never heard of encryption and dont care about it either.
