I will agree with what he said. I quit vaping cold turkey after using vapes for years at high concentrations (salt nic). Yes it was hell for 3 days but I did it. I quit weak opiates cold turkey after multiple daily using for 8 months. But porn I haven’t been able to kick for any extended period.
