Crossfit got a bad reputation in terms of injury risk but I think when the exercises are executed correctly there's no problem, I think the problem crossfit had is a lot of new coaches coaching a lot of people at the same time, but for experienced lifters with a few years in I don't think the injury risk is higher than in other sports with high jerk.

Are you thinking about a leg press? 200 kg in a leg press isn't even that much because generally they have very good leverages.

Evolutionarily speaking pregnancy can be so grounding that women can't move because that would fuck the chances of survivability.
