State schools are grim shithole crumbling buildings where teachers are paid a pittance and have nervous breakdowns. You have to dodge bullies and the pakis and drug dealers carried knives. My school has since been demolished and rebuilt and rebranded.
Public schools are drafty old Victorian buildings that look visually stunning, where kids with expensive fancy uniforms get sexually abused by older kids and well paid teachers look the other way.
