it sounds crazy, but multiple times, and this is not a joke, i've been stuck in a truck with coworkers who say "[x] candidate wants to tax *billionaires*!" as if it was a stupid idea, as well as "God GAVE them that land" in regards to israel. And I was never the one bringing that shit up
and because I live in a two-party country, disagreeing with that or even thinking that such an opinion is literally insane and idiotic for an American to have somehow makes me a radical communist, even though their gay little fashwave edits are entirely possible without doing the weird woke shit, but its sure as hell not going to be accomplished with any republican policies
This is why the R states, but in the context of OP's thread, just the South in general, is stupid as fuck. not because of classical hillbilly stereotypes (which they wish existed), but because 90 cents of every southern dollar has to go to another wealthy person, company, or country, while they blame a normal state for their suffering
