I think i got Giardia or somthing, from drinking/cooking with river water.
Though i always boil, i may have got a bit sloppy with keeping my canteen cup clean (i also use it for showering)
Point being that i have not taken a solid shit in weeks, they're all messy, im taking multiple shits per day and i have on and off stomach cramps every day.
I dont have a family doctor anymore and dont feel like sitting in a waiting room for 5hours, so i guess ill just ride it out.
