Yeah, being a hunter in PA I never have shots more than 50-75 yards. It's rare to go more than 100 yards before hitting trees or hills.

Mostly just the standard whitetail. Got some good cornfield deer round here. I also have an older but otherwise matching 20 gauge 870 and I've gotten quite a few squirrels with birdshot. I've gone years for Turkey but I swear to God it's as if the birds don't exist during hunting season.
I've largely given up hunting in PA anymore. If you don't have land to hunt on you have to slum it in gamelands.
Nothing sucks more than coming before sunlight and finding a nice spot only for 'Crunch and stomp McGee's to crash through every stick in the county at 7-8AM and then set up within eyeshot and shout to his buddy "This spot looks good." Like you're fucking invisible.
