Had he bought a suppressor and done it, he could have bought enough time to move onto another target, but his main issue was he couldn't confirm kills because he shot through the door. Which is why two of his targets survived.
I don't see him coming in peacefully, guy is going to die in a shoot out, he hasn't got much place to hide in his location since it's mostly open farmland with very little cover.
