Because not only do Iranian missiles have a CEP measured in Km, they're just throwing shit at the wall and seeing what they hit.

Because Israeli AD is going to be most heavily concentrated around places like that, the targets are much smaller and generally spread out in hardened shelters, and most importantly mostly mobile. Cities just sit there and a few missiles getting through can potentially cause disproportionate damage.

Yes. Now they've really pissed the Israelis off and they have video both of apartment buildings suffering direct hits AND Iranians celebrating because the Iranians are releasing videos of just that. Israel is going to cry to the US, the US is going to show up and rearrange the topography of Iran, and Khameni is going to end up with a bayonet in his ass.
