It’s just normal +P ACP.
230 gr HST +P has an advantage in expansion compared to basically every 10mm loading I can think of, the only 10mm loadings that get similarly big either penetrate much less, or experience a large degree of petal foldback that may reduce effective diameter in practice (and also tend to perform quite inconsistently across the bare gel-4LD spectrum).
All the 10mm loadings that penetrate noticeably more, also expand noticeably less.
FWIW, while 10mm Critical Duty slightly outperforms .45 Critical Duty in auto glass testing, it performs worse or no better in every other gel test, including the ones involving barriers.
