my Navigator once told me how her able seaman let more than 100 pax over the 399 pax limit on board, because he was that stupid that he just kept counting and didnt react. They were lucky and nothing happened, but I would be furious. overloading is no joke, especially with living, self moving cargo. Only worse thing is free fluid surface in the tanks.
