4260$ for instantly sourceable parts that'll likely get you ~1 moa magnum rifle that isn't too heavy, can wear a suppressor, and can fire in multiple positions.
I'm in a gun state but funny enough it's challenging to find gun smiths that can do barrels so with custom actions I'm looking at 650$-$1100 prefit barrels.
