Yes Iran is not a particular nice actor either given modern historical context. That does not inherently excuse or justify attacking them with justification of vague future threats and because "I was scwared and my feefees were shakey". By such justifications everyone around should feel very very justified in attacking Israeli capabilities because of their chimpout behaviour and disregard for human life, especially as of late.
