This always gets to me in a different way. There are LOTS of surp in this country that got here by various means. But even with stuff thats fairly common, so many more were burned, destroyed or tossed off the side of a ship. Which was the style at the time. While for most stuff it hasnt truly impacted scarcity state side for a market thats already built on a dwindling and static supply. It does make me wonder what could've been.
