Guessing the ability of the various armies in the world, save the US, is damn near impossible without there being some recent major conflict to evaluate and assess them on, like Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, or Armenia. Brazil, hypothetically is the strongest, but they could be a paper tiger who gets folded by Argentina or whatever.
