Oh man, you'd piss off so many mediocre white doctors with cayman islands educations. But yeah, nepotism is a huge problem along with piggy backing immigration. Outsourcing jobs to foreigners is only worth it if you're unable to train people for positions, which we aren't, nobody wants to train people anymore.
