Well yeah, it's definitely not identical or as strong. It's like if you mixed 15% Texan into the otherwise standard Californian accent if that makes sense, just a little bit of twang at the end of sentences or the occasional different pronunciation of a word or whatever. Just enough to sound identifiably "country" to somebody with a tuned enough ear, like if you can tell LA and Orange County people apart by accent you'll probably be able to recognize somebody from the High Desert or IE as well.
