Yep, that's what I did for my last two. No more fucking going to the pharmacy for a passport photo and taping it onto paper or some such shit. There are still the standard photo reqs in terms of "needs to be in front of a blank surface, can't be wearing glasses, look at the camear" but that's no problem.
