Alright here is the drawing, not to scale. For sure there is some very basic machining to be done on the main body part but unlike some people itt I think that you have to put at least minimum of work into it. You are not going to match industrial level of efficiency if you are in a guerilla situation (making ammo from scratch), no matter how hard you think about 3D printing. Also milling casings on a lathe from steel, aluminium or brass bars should be very easy. My design is probably very time consuming to make but im pretty sure it would work.
