Making steel isnt some magical lost fucking art, its fucking idiot proof, and if it wasnt, manufactuers wouldn't be fucking using it as the blanket barrel steel material, let alone making or selling pencil barrels, let alone fucking dimping them, or drilling them for cross pins.
The same goes for the fucking tool steel that goes into BCGs. Theres a reason why theres like 5 OEMS for BCGs, because Toolsteel is a bitch to work with, and BCGs requires specific machinery, tooling, and tempering procedures to not explode.

You fucking realize "mil spec" isn't some fucking marketing bullshit? You fucking realize that if the parts weren't in fucking spec, they wouldn't fucking work in your gun?
