gunpowder is fine, it's the priming compound that's compromised (for extraction / simply adding a bullet to the nailgun blank after you cut off the crimp while the blank is held with a drill)
also, Ivan's guide is retarded because it does not include proper technique for reloading primers
if you follow his guide your primers will fail horribly because you don't do the shellac / drying step
it's for stupid europeons that can buy primers without a license, imagine that
I can reload ammo just fine, I just have to do extra steps and make a priming compound from scratch or extract it from overpriced imported blanks / extract it from shitty blanks which takes more time
