i was on the hunt for a dream pcc awhile ago and yeah the hk is out of my price range, even the parts to build one. so i kind of settled i wanted left hand operation so I got the full plastic lower because it has mag eject on the left and then i got new frontier lrbho upper, its kind of finicky with magainze followers you need to bend the hold open spring for one type of follower and then use only use that. a no name 6.5" barrel and a 10" suppressor kit.
