It is one thing to support and cheer both women and men who truly do lack the abilities of stronger peer males as long as both are doing their best to contribute, to achieve social morale and shame those who are cruel to their weaker fellow peers.

It is something different to celebrate weakness, insist on incompatible roles, and insist on confusing social roles to assuage misdirected egos.

When you do these things, you make virtues of liabilities that emerge when you put the wrong people in the lease effective place and encourage people to either pitch below their game or attempt responsibilities they are not qualified for.

For example, you would not shame a child for lacking the abilities of an adult, but you would not placate them by assigning them the responsibilities of an adult which would endanger others.

Society is fundamentally an agreement. To enjoy its benefits, you either accept some deference to the health of the group, or you dont and prioritize the self. That is what antisocial behavior means. You can go off and do whatever you want outside of the social group, but then you cant demand its benefits also. To even attempt it, you have to have exceptional individual ability.
