Do you sometimes have a prefer way of saying things because you think its right and everyone else is wrong with the English language? For example i prefer using.

"Its only a matter of time until this happens" because it makes more semantic sense over "it's only a matter of time before this happens" for me the former makes more sense since it continues until it's no longer the case but "before" just describes time before the event not making distinction that it stops. Also "before" sounds betters with events not the word time or any word related to time. I also don't like when people use "where" to describe things that aren't a place when there's "in which". I might a bit autistic.
