I'm not the original/real & editor, just the guy who did the best-of. It wasn't an official & thing; I started it while he had disappeared and I figured & was done for good.
Getting the photo was surprisingly easy. Emailed Burtynsky's rep and asked politely. Promised not to make money off it or mess the photo up, then she emailed me a nice high-res copy of it to use. Her words back then were
