It's not, the other universes are just false constructs created by one Lalah. And Shuji already said he keeps killing her, destroying the universes she creates so those other universes were already destroyed. There are only 2 universes at any give time, and currently there's just the one Lalah came from and the Gcucksverse. That's why their fates are tied together. The Main UC is something different altogether.
