10 dlc slots are just too little to have all those series as dlc, and I don't think they're going to double up on the MJP movie being a dlc twice (same for Voltes)
Those 3 (I'll exclude the MJP movie because it debuted already), Freedom and Roze will most likely debut in a mix of DD and the game after Y (even if it's not a Y2). The Y dlcs will most likely be like 30's, so they will include weird/unexpected inclusions like Sakura Wars and Devolution, made up updates like Ultimate Dancouga or the 30 Scopedog, or series that may be hard to include in full like Shinkalion (because we don't know if the train lookalikes can cause issues) or IBO (because they want to keep it for DD or maybe don't want to deal with the ending yet). Hi-Nu and the MJP movie were the only dlcs that felt "cut " from the base game and they both amounted to at most 1/8 of the total dlc units, maybe less if you don't count the new Blue 1 attack, the Red5+ exclusive Rabbits combo and the updated Beltorchika and Chan supporter
