What we knew of Tianem is he was Revil's No.1 and part of his faction. In The Origin when given the chance to wipe out zeon or save the survivors, he chose to save the survivors. We don't have much of his personality but I'm assuming anyone Revil considered a close ally was someone he would trust to not default to nuking the enemy just to win. However Copy could be saying that Tianem, after surviving so much underhanded shit, has decided that his previous failings (Not cutting off the beasts head when he had the chance) is reason enough to cast away morality for the win.
