Autism warning

It’s retarded but I realized I probably have spent way more on the gundam converge figures than I have on the model kits. The problem all stemmed from me buying a zaku 1 converge figure from hobby lobby years back and being impressed with it enough that I decided to get a squad of green zaku 1s like you would have in zeonic front. But that wave also had the black tri star zaku 1s. So then I had 2 squads of zaku 1s. I thought that was going to be it, I didn’t want any more. but then a future wave released the GM. then I got a bunch of GMs to make a diorama.

It was at this point where I ended up looking at past releases and future releases to add to my diorama. and now I have like 50 of them. Mainly early UC figurines. Now if a wave has something I want, I get an extra army builder or two to repaint because I know they won’t fucking do it. I had to make a char zaku 1 myself and still need to make Ramba rals. To this day I have 0 zaku 2 because they are all like 30 or 50 dollars and for that price I can get multiple cheaper figures. Like 5 of them.

my current project right now is I’m going to use some spare zaku 1 black tri star figures (cheaper to acquire) and a Dom and possibly a gelgoog cannon from the most recent set and repaint them all in desert colors to approximate something like zeonic front. I have 12 GM and that alone is over 100.00. It all happened because of that one converge wave with the zaku 1. The weird part is I’m not even a big collector and I got rid of most of my shit years back. There is just something about this line that I enjoy a lot. they don’t take up much room and they have really good sculpt work. And if you get small flight bases on Amazon and the some scale buildings from Amazon (my city brand) which has destroyed building packs, you can make something that looks like the old SDGO videogame.
