Because they keep bringing people with shallow ideas of nostalgia. At least when Kabuto did it the Showa reference was Stronger, a classic hero who wasn’t that huge. Now we are back to Ichigo references for like the 20th time instead of being inspired by the whole franchise, not just the oldest guy. No references to Black besides Black Sun is fucking crazy, that dude is just as iconic as Ichigo or Kuuga.
