It meanders a lot. Which I guess is fine, but I always thought it would be better as a movie with a tighter narrative, which is kind of ironic since it never got any compilation films. I personally liked it a lot for the characters, but it has a fucking TON of lore that just never gets capitalized on at all. I thought all the protagonists getting merc'd at the end was cool, personally.
