Tbf they did try to use him in the beginning, but I can't think of other times they tried to be malicious towards Chirico. It just kind of bothers me that Chirico is kind of thankless throughout the whole series when the gang pulled more than enough weight for him, but I'm probably just austically looking into it too much.
