no one who knows is probably allowed to talk about it, but it probably says that the holder of the rights to PR (Hasbro) get final say over how Sentai related things are used or released in the west, for example the Sentai themes on Spotify all just have the logos on their album covers with no actual suits on meanwhile the JP ones have it (you can even see that in playlists smaller thumbnails) probably because Hasbro told them it would confuse the brands, only exception is Donbrother's ending theme but I think thats just because Don momotaro doesnt give a fuck.
Either way it most likely works the same way it works with Macross and Robotech, only that back during neosaban they at least allowed Shout to do the bluray releases, Hasbro has seemingly gone full Harmony Gold because they're far more vicious about IP and trademark.
