That is the TBS collab project, and so far no words from them. Another thing they announced during the 2023 TsubuCon was the Darkness Heels anime project, no big update so far but during DH panel at 2025 TsubuCon there's a chatter that it is still in the kitchen.
Outside of the Documentary Film (also announced in 2023 TsubuCon), all of these are a collaboration project. So i don't really expect things to go quick. It took the Netflix's Ultraman Rising project about 5 years to be finished, and recently Toei's Kaiju Decode is only about to enter the "main phase" (the short anime and all that vr stuff are the initial phase, per toei) and targeted to be finished next year (stated in this interview https://www.animatetimes.com/news/details.php?id=1761647080).
