Picked up one of these Dispae eraser things for panel lining cleanup, but found it works really nice for decals. The rubber is porous so it can hold thinner/lighter fluid, and so it cleans up all the extra setter. It's also a nice flat firm surface, so it's been nice for both moving decals, but also squeezing the extra setter from beneath them.
