There are two Chinese courts involved, GuangDong and Shanghai.
The Guangdong one was the one that made the 2013 decision and has always favored UMC's licensees since they are all toy factories in the province.
The Shanghai court favors TsuPro/Bandai's agent SCLA since they've been trying to promote Shanghai as a global-friendly hub. It's where the few but highly publicized SCLA-wins are from, but it doesn't help that UMC only initiates their lawsuits in GuangDong.
