It's thunderbolt, not normal UC. Basically it was just a new backpack slapped onto the thunderbolt Gouf to give it limited flight capabilities. In US proper the Gouf Flight type was also technically a failure. It was only produced in low numbers because it had very poor operation time due to issues with overheating and fuel efficiency.
