I'm in a Savage RIFTS game and my DM has allowed me to play a mecha pilot. My current mecha is using this art, which is very intended as a starting grunt mecha that uses this image as reference art. It's a fairly standard Grandpa loadout. Head Vulcans, Beam Saber, Beam Rifle. But this has always been intended as a starter mecha that would, midway through the campaign, get upgraded. For the upgrade I earmarked some mod points for a transformation system. While I'm going over this with the DM he asks me if I could make it accommodate the party, since we have no real method of transportation and it'd help me solve the problem. I say okay.

Now my mecha is size 11, that's 75 feet tall, basically it's around the Size of a mobile suit. The transformation can up your size to 100 or 125. The issue I am having is figuring out where the extra height goes. I figured, I think the Waverider Crash is cool, I'd want to have the option to do it, oh look under mods for starships there is a breaching mod that adds a battering ram to the front of your ship... So why not have that double as where the party is sitting, not like it'll hit me I'm in the cockpit. The problem is now I'm worries it's too small, cause only 25 feet, the party is 15 more people. Because the DM let someone basically have leadership so I have to accommodate them all.

So I'm trying to figure out. How long should it be to fit like 15 people with chairs to sit in how wide should it be that there should be... a level of comfort like they aren't contributing to flying the thing that's all on and how best to deploy it I figure like it would be on the Mecha's back in mecha form, and would fold out to become the front of the ship like the waverider shield does for the Zeta. But part of the problem is I'm looking at it as a Macross/Waverider/Dogfighter and the DM is asking me to add places for them to ride in. I also don't really have an art reference for the upgrade, still figuring out its weapons and everything.
