A lobby is generally an area you pass through, an entrance, a foyer. Sure some buildings can have big, opulent lobbies, but it's not normally an end in itself. As such I find it uncomfy; the hangout building is not a lobby for anything. Maybe at most you could say the central room with the freebie cubes and dancing anonmare is the "lobby" to the hangout building, leading to the "auditorium" with the TV, but I'm pretty sure that's not what you mean.
