Seems like just a normal fork to me.

Apart from the obvious (flat bars), the difference is the lower stack and high BB.
Definitely feels more nimble over rough or technical terrain and the odd bits of singletrack than a modern gravel bike.
The tradeoff is I guess worse handling through quick corners but idc. I’m not a racer
