why can people use crosswalks without a pedestrian license and pedestrian insurance? If they use the signal improperly they could cause a car accident and cause people to die or be hurt.
Why do we not have renting licenses? Shouldn't people have to prove they know how the rent process works so that landlords can be assured that their slaves will pay them on time?
Why do we let people post on 4chan without a posting license? They could spread misinformation, or post a low quality image like OP which breaks rule #7
