>spent well over 3000 dollars in spare parts last few years. timing belt, alt, ps pump, rust fix, ac, suspension, brakes. EVERYTHING.
>has a few dents and is dirty as some horse owner used it before me as a daily to and from the ranch
>I post it on facebook for 3000 dollars
>in comes thundercock chad with his wife and daughters.
>roided through the roof
>get's in the car
"Man this is a dirty piece of shit"
>starts it
>no comment
>looks at me
"What about the oil leak?"
>confused.jpeg
"What oil leak?"
>Claims he knows MOT people and saw I had an oil leak last year
>accuses me of lying aggressively but there is no oil leak
>he pops hood and points at place where spillage oil runs down when you replace oil
"See told you right here you got an oil leak"
>slightly darker spot. Not moist or anything.
>looks at rest of engine bay
>asks where timing belt cover is
>claims engine will blow up because it doesnt have a timing belt cover
"Imagine if a rock gets in"
>i reply
"Well you can just install it back. it's literally 1 bolt"
>chad get's upset
"Hey I'm a mechanic. I know what I'm doing. I'm not buying to repair shit"
>Begins to leave
"But hey, I know more than you. SO don't feel bad about not selling it."

Literally the day after the engine ran like dogshit. Wouldn't start and if it started it was undriveable.

The "mechanic" pulled a PCV hose to the intake causing a massive vacuum leak

I ended up pulling the ad from facebook and sold it to my friend for 1500 to settle a debt instead. Fuck selling cars in public forums
